Dashboard Elements
Greeting & Time Context
The dashboard greets you by name with a time-appropriate message (Good Morning / Afternoon / Evening) and shows your role and organization.
KPI Cards
Four key metrics at the top of the dashboard:
- Today's Visitors: Total check-ins today with comparison to yesterday
- Currently Onsite: Active visitors right now (highlighted if any are present)
- Pre-Registered: Upcoming scheduled visitors
- This Week: Weekly visitor volume with growth trend
Quick Actions
Role-specific action buttons for common tasks:
- Admin: Check In, Pre-Register, View Analytics, Manage Users
- Front Desk: Check In, Pre-Register, View Visitors
- Security: Emergency Mode, Watchlist, Analytics
Activity Feed
A real-time log of recent visitor activity, including check-ins, check-outs, and system events. Shows the visitor name, action, and timestamp.
Onsite Visitors Alert
When visitors are currently onsite, the dashboard displays a prominent alert section showing each active visitor with their photo, host, and check-in time. Click any visitor to view their full details.
Announcements
Platform announcements (maintenance notices, new features) appear as a dismissible banner at the top of the dashboard. These are managed by the Entrifi platform team.
