Settings & Branding
Customize Entrifi to match your organization's identity and operational requirements.
General Settings
- Organization Name: Displayed on the dashboard, kiosk, visitor badges, and emails
- Welcome Message: Custom text shown on the kiosk welcome screen
- Auto Check-out (minutes): How long before visitors are automatically checked out (default: 480 minutes / 8 hours)
- User Session Timeout (minutes): Maximum idle time allowed for dashboard users before they are automatically logged out (default: 1440 minutes / 24 hours). Note that Platform Admin session timeouts are managed separately and do not affect tenant session limits.
Visitor Types
Define the categories visitors can choose from during check-in (e.g., Client, Candidate, Contractor, Delivery, VIP). Types appear as a dropdown on the check-in form and kiosk.
- Add a type: Type in the input field and press Enter
- Remove a type: Click the × on any tag
- Reorder: Drag and drop tags to change the display order
Email Notifications
- Send checkout summary emails: When enabled, visitors receive a visit summary email when they check out. Automatically skipped for "Delivery" type visitors.
Check-in / Check-out Policy
- Require visitor signature at check-in: Visitors must sign a digital pad before check-in completes. Adds accountability for compliance and audit.
- Require visitor signature at check-out: Visitors must sign before checkout is finalized. Provides proof of physical departure for incident audits.
Organization Logo
Upload your logo to personalize the experience. It appears on:
- The dashboard sidebar
- Visitor badges
- The kiosk welcome screen
- Email notifications
Recommended: 200×200px, PNG or SVG format.
Branding Colors
Set your primary color and accent color using the color picker. A live preview shows how your organization name will look with the selected gradient. These colors are used throughout the platform where branding is applied.
Shared Facility Directory & Resident Companies
For multi-tenant buildings, corporate centers, and co-working offices, Entrifi supports a centralized Resident Company Directory (available on the Enterprise plan).
- Toggle Shared Facility Mode: Found under the Companies tab on the Settings page. Enabling this switches the visitor kiosk flow from selecting an individual host to selecting a tenant company.
- Resident Company Listing: Manage resident organizations with their name, suite or floor number, contact phone, and notification email.
- Automated Routing: When visitors check in, notification emails are automatically dispatched to the company-specific email address registered in your directory.
Integrations & Webhooks
Stay notified about visitor arrivals inside your team chat tools. Entrifi supports sending real-time check-in alerts directly to Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- Slack Incoming Webhooks: Enter your Slack channel webhook URL in settings to receive rich text notifications whenever a visitor checks in.
- Microsoft Teams Webhooks: Enter your Teams channel connector URL to receive structured Adaptive Card notifications detailing visitor name, company, host, and check-in purpose.
